Our Story
Founded in 2012, Talaea Al Zaheya Asso began its journey as a limited partnership company with a vision that extended beyond business. With more than 150 shareholders from Al Zahya Village, near Kawther, the company was established with a dual purpose: to provide reliable services to the North PDO operational areas while creating meaningful economic opportunities and supporting the development of the local community.
Our journey started with a single company vehicle and a strong determination to grow through hard work, commitment, and quality service. What began as a modest local initiative has steadily evolved into an established service provider, operating a fleet of more than 50 vehicles and equipment units to meet the diverse operational requirements of our clients. Over the years, we have strengthened our presence in Oman's oil and gas sector by building lasting business relationships with major contractors and industry partners. Through consistent service delivery, operational reliability, and a commitment to client satisfaction, we have expanded our capabilities to provide a broad range of services supporting oilfield operations and other industrial and commercial activities.

Mr. Sultan Hamed Al Darii established the company in 2012 with a clear vision of creating a sustainable business that would serve the oil and gas industry while contributing to the economic development of Al Zahya Village and its community. Through visionary leadership, determination, and a strong commitment to local empowerment, the founder laid the foundation for the company's growth. His vision continues to inspire the company's commitment to excellence, trusted partnerships, and sustainable growth across the Sultanate of Oman.

The General Manager oversees the overall business operations and strategic direction of Talaea Al Zaheya, ensuring effective management, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. As the company's Authorized Signatory, he is entrusted with representing the organization in official, contractual, and business matters, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring that company commitments are fulfilled with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Finance Manager
The Finance Manager oversees the financial operations of Talaea Al Zaheya, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Responsible for maintaining financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and sound financial controls, the role supports strategic decision-making and contributes to the company's long-term financial stability and sustainable growth.
